  • My order came with a missing product/accessories. How should I proceed?

    In this case, you can request the exchange or return of the item, following the deadlines and requirements for exchanges and returns, choosing how you want the refund.

     

    ⚠️ It is recommended that you always check when receiving your order if there is any abnormality or violation with the delivery package. And if there is, refuse to receive the order so that it returns directly to our distribution center.

  • Can I cancel a purchase? How do I cancel my order?

    Once you complete an order on the webshop, it is not possible to cancel it. If you gave up on the purchase and have not yet received or picked up your order, simply refuse it upon delivery or do not pick it up at the store.

    When returning the order to our stock, an Exchange Voucher with the same value as the order will be generated for you.

    If you have received the order, you can also request a return, in accordance with the deadlines for exchanges and returns.

  • I want to return my order. How do I do?

    To return an order already delivered for repentance, the deadline is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the day of receipt of the goods.

    Attention: Items from partner stores cannot be exchanged in physical Nerdverse stores, as they are orders from our partners.

    We provide the returns service through our virtual store, quickly and easily. To order online, access your account on our website or APP and click on the "My Orders" menu option (click here). Then, select the order you want to return and click on the "Request Return" button (if your order is still within the valid period, ok?). Next, choose the item you want to exchange and follow the instructions. See how easy it is:


    Upon completing the request, you will receive a confirmation with the protocol number. Later, we will also send you an email with more details on the step-by-step method of shipping chosen with the reverse code from Correios.

    Attention: to proceed with the exchange request, you must:
    • Go to a Post Office branch or a franchised one with the postage code in hand or wait for the date for collecting the product. If you choose collection, we will collect it from the place where the order was delivered.
    • Return the unused product, in its original packaging or wrapped in brown paper. The item must be accompanied by tags, manuals and accessories (if any).
    • Submit the Invoice for the order together with the package to be returned. As per the rule of the Post Office, the note must be attached to the outside of the package.

    Once this is done, your product will be sent to our Distribution Center. After receiving it, we will inspect it and, if everything is in order, we will provide the refund according to your choice. The deadline to complete your exchange request varies according to your region, and can take up to 23 business days.

    #Important: to exchange a product purchased in the virtual store, the product must contain, obligatorily, the attached labels. It must also be without signs of use, in perfect condition, with accessories (if any) and in the original packaging.

    About refund methods:
    - Voucher generated after 5 working days;
    - Reversal (for Credit Card payments): the reversal will be made in up to two subsequent invoices, according to the closing date of the invoice. If your purchase was made with 2 cards, the reversals of the amounts will be carried out according to the charges of the respective cards.
    - Reversal (for payments with Boleto): the account will be deposited according to the data provided at the time of the request. The amount will be credited within 6 business days.

     

    The request can also be made through our Call Center via chat or by telephone: 3004-5030 (for capitals and metropolitan regions) and 0800 725 0025 (state of Rio de Janeiro). Opening hours are from Monday to Saturday, from 8 am to 8:30 pm. Except national holidays.

  • How to exchange or return an order?

    Products sold and delivered by Lojas Nerdverse virtual can be exchanged or returned online or at any of our physical stores.


    Request the exchange or return online, accessing your account on our website or APP in the My Orders menu, choose the order you want to return and then use the Request Return option. Afterwards, just choose the item you want to exchange and follow the guidelines on the page. 😉

  • I don't want the Trading Voucher, now what?

    All good! You can also request a refund of the value of the product(s) that you did not receive. The chargeback is made according to the means of payment made at the time of purchase, either through direct debit or credit card. All you have to do is access the "trade voucher" option in the logged-in area and click on "request reversal".

    Check the deadlines according to the payment method:
    - Payments with Credit Card and Nerdverser Card: the reversal will be made in up to two subsequent invoices, according to the closing date of the invoice. If your purchase was made with 2 cards, the reversals of the amounts will be carried out according to the charges of the respective cards.

    - Payments with Boleto: the account will be deposited according to the data informed to the Call Center or Self-Service, at the time of request. The amount will be credited within 6 business days.

  • How do I track my exchange or return request?
  • What are the refund methods and terms for returning an order or item?

    ➡️ Vale-Exchange: Credit is available in 5 business days; and can be used in our virtual store or in any of our physical stores, valid for 180 days.

    ➡️ Credit Card: chargeback can be made in up to 2 invoices.

    ➡️ Boleto: the deposit is made according to the data provided at the time of the request, with a period of up to 6 working days.


    ⚠️ Check the details for deposit into account:

    We do not make deposits into salary, savings, legal or joint accounts.
    For deposits in a third-party account, the return request must be made via Fale Conosco and Self-Service. We will send you, by e-mail, the form to fill in the necessary data to refund the amount.
    In cases where the reversal due to some discrepancy in the information is not completed (for example, the deposit was rejected, the CPF of the incorrect cardholder) and we are also unsuccessful in contacting them by phone, we will generate an exchange voucher linked to the CPF of the purchaser.

  • How soon do I get a refund for an exchange or return?

    As soon as we receive your product at the Distribution Center, we check that everything is right with the exchange or return requirements. If everything is right, we immediately issue your refund according to your choice at the time of the exchange or return request.

     

    ⚠️ Due to reverse logistics, the total deadline for completing your exchange or return may vary from 5 to 23 business days.

  • What are the requirements for exchanging or returning products?

    To exchange a product purchased in the virtual store, including Alameda Nerdverse partner stores, the product must contain, obligatorily, the attached labels. It also does not show signs of use, in perfect condition, with all its accessories, and in its original packaging.

  • How do I know my exchange or return has been confirmed?

    You will receive confirmation of your exchange or return request in your email registered with us. We will also send you the step-by-step instructions for collecting or sending the product back to our Distribution Center. ✅

  • After ordering an exchange or return online, is there anything else I need to do?

    In order to complete your exchange or return, you must:

    ➡️ Take the product to a post office if you choose the postage option, or, if you opted for collection, wait for collection at the place where your order was delivered.

    ➡️ Have the postage code generated in your request and the product invoice at hand. 🙂

  • I received a different product than what I purchased. What do I do?

    If you received a different product or with items and accessories that complement the missing piece, simply request the exchange or return of the product by accessing your account on our website or APP. In the My Orders menu, choose the order you want to return and then use the Request Return option. Afterwards, just choose the item you want to exchange or return and follow the guidelines on the page. 😉

  • Can I exchange a product without the purchase tag?

    In order for us to exchange your product, the item must contain, obligatorily, the internal labels attached.

    Attention: Items from partner stores cannot be exchanged in physical Nerdverse stores, as they are orders from our partners. For questions, contact our Customer Service via chat on the Lojas Nerdverse website or by telephone: 3004-5030 (for capitals and metropolitan regions) and 0800 725 0025 (state of Rio de Janeiro). Opening hours are Monday to Saturday, from 8 am to 8:30 pm (except national holidays).

    In addition, the tax receipt or gift coupon and an identification document must be presented at the time of exchange, which can be carried out at any of our physical stores.

  • Which products are not exchangeable?

    We only exchange intimate parts in case of manufacturing defect and without signs of use.

    For perfumes, cosmetics and accessories, products are exchanged in their original packaging and accompanied by their complements, if any.

    Be sure to check the requirements for exchanging or returning products.

  • How soon can I exchange or return a product?

    You can return it within 7 calendar days of receipt in case of withdrawal or regret of the purchase, or exchange it within 30 days of receipt.

     

    ⚠️ For damaged, defective products, delivered in disagreement or violated packaging:

    ➡️ The deadline is up to 30 consecutive days for non-durable goods (Clothing, Perfumery and Cosmetics);

    ➡️ And 90 days for durable goods (Watches, Handbags and Shoes). In the latter case, if the product is within the warranty period, you must contact the manufacturer to request an exchange, or seek an accredited Technical Assistance.

     

    Products from Alameda Nerdverse partner stores:

    You can return it within 7 calendar days of receipt in case of withdrawal or regret of the purchase.

     

    Products with manufacturing defects, the deadline is up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. If the product is defective after this period. Just trigger the product warranty, within the period stipulated in the partner store warranty.

  • How can I exchange a product purchased in the physical store? And until when can I request the exchange?

    Choose a new product in one of our physical stores and with it in hand, go to the cashier, accompanied by the part you bought and the tax receipt. If you prefer to generate an Exchange Voucher to use the value at another time, just go directly to the cashier with the product to be exchanged and the tax coupon.

    If the amount of the order is greater than your balance in Vale-Troca, complement your payment with the Nerdverse Card, Meu Cartão, credit card or cash.

    If the order value is less than your balance in the Vale-Exchange, the remainder will remain linked to your CPF for use in the virtual store or in any of our physical stores.

    The validity of the exchange voucher is 180 days, counting from the date of its availability.

     

    ⚠️ The deadline for exchanging products is 30 days, in which the product must contain the attached labels; in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with no signs of use and with all its accessories.
