  • How to check the availability of a product?

    To locate the desired product, enter the name and/or characteristics of the part in the "Search for product" field. Example search: "Black blouse". You can also search for the desired part through the menus located at the top of the site, according to department and category.

    To check if there is availability in your size, just access the page of the desired product and check in the size field if your option is available to be selected. The size field is located on the right side of the photo. Attention: It is an indication of unavailability if the size in question is cut by the symbol ( \ ).v

  • Can I change information on a completed order (payment method, delivery address or order items)?

    No. With the order finalized, it is not possible to change information such as, for example, delivery address, chosen items, payment method or delivery method.

  • How to make a purchase on the site?

    Choose your products, select the size and color, and click "Buy". When you have all the desired products in the bag, just click on “Checkout”.

    You must be registered to proceed with the order. After registering, you must choose your delivery address, the type of delivery and the payment method. If you have a discount coupon, this is the time to use it! Just enter the code in the “Coupon” field, located on the right on the “Purchase Summary” page; choose your payment method and click "Checkout".

    Done, your order has been completed! :)

    Always follow your e-mail registration in our database, you will receive information about the progress of your purchase in your inbox. Another way to track your order is to access the "My Orders" option in the virtual store. Remember that the delivery time is counted from the first business day after payment confirmation. Attention: After finalizing the order, it is not possible to make changes to the payment method, delivery address, chosen items or delivery method.

    To find out what your ideal size is, you can consult our "Virtual Fitting Room", located to the right of the product photo, and inform us of your measurements.

    To adjust the measurements to your body, you can drag the size slider left and right. Next, you must click on "See Recommendation" so that we can suggest the ideal size of the piece, according to your measurements.

    You can also consult our "Measurement Chart", with the size descriptions and measurements of the selected product.

    Don't know your measurements? Don't worry, we have the measuring tape available for you! Just click on "Virtual Fitting Room" or on "Measurement Table", and then on "Tape Measure", in the lower left corner. Once the measuring tape has been downloaded, we recommend printing it so that you can take your measurements and choose the right size for your piece!

  • Why is the item in my bag unavailable?

    The stock reservation of an item is only carried out after the order has been completed, therefore, some products may be unavailable during your purchase. So, don't waste time and finalize your order to guarantee your looks!

    In addition to the stock available at the Distribution Center, Nerdverse also uses stock in physical stores. If an item added to your bag is listed in a store that does not deliver to your zip code, it may show as unavailable. You can change the zip code or the quantity of that item(s) to check its availability again.

  • What is the warranty period for the watches?

    The watches sold by the Nerdverse Virtual Store come with a manufacturer's warranty certificate. Therefore, to consult exchange and return terms and conditions, contact the manufacturer.

  • How does "1 Click Buy" work? And what is the security code?

    After logging in to the online store, simply click the "1-Click Buy" button on any product page or in your shopping bag. Afterwards, just choose the type of delivery you want, inform us of the security code of the registered card and complete your purchase by clicking on "Checkout".

    The card's security code, also called CVV (Card Verification Code), is made up of three numerical digits found on the back of the card.

  • How to buy through the Nerdverse Application?

    Navigate to your mobile app store and download the APP Lojas Nerdverse. Choose the desired product and size, click the "buy" button to add the product to the bag. Go to the My Bag icon to finalize your purchase, register your address, choose the type of delivery and click on go to payment to select the method you want and finalize the order.

  • Are the discounts available in stores also updated on the website?

    Prices and promotions may or may not be applied in the Nerdverse Virtual Store or in physical stores simultaneously. This information must be consulted at the physical store or through the virtual service.

  • How do I change my card and/or address saved in "1-click shopping"?

    After you log in to the site, in your registration information, click on "Buy with 1 click" active. On the page, the option to disable the service will appear. To change the saved card and/or address, you must first disable the service. Afterwards, simply place a new order with the new data to activate "1-Click Purchase" again.

    With "Buy with 1 click", you register a delivery address and a preferred card to speed up your next purchases. It's the fastest, easiest and safest way to buy online at Lojas Nerdverse. How to enable the service:
    1) Select the product(s) you would like to purchase and complete the order;
    2) Select your favorite address to receive your products;
    3) Activate "Buy with 1 click" on the Nerdverse Card or Credit Card;
    4) After approval of the order, the option "Buy with 1 click" will be enabled.

  • How can I request the adjustment of my watch strap?

    Just take your product accompanied by the invoice and present it at one of our physical stores.

    Attention: Items from partner stores do not have adjustment availability on the bracelet. The service is only available for products sold and delivered by Nerdverse.

  • I used the gift card and canceled the order. How am I refunded?

    The amount will be refunded via Vale-Exchange or automatically on your gift card.

    If your purchase was cancelled, check if there is an exchange voucher balance available by accessing your Renner account, on the website or APP, through the Exchange Voucher menu.

  • How can I check my wish list?

    To check out all your favorite products, just click on the heart located at the top right of our website, next to the shopping bag. Ready! Now just add the items from your wish list to your shopping bag!

  • What is Nerdverse Store gift packaging?

    Gift packaging at Lojas Nerdverse is plastic, free and limited according to the number of items added to the shopping bag, the area in which the option is offered. On the bag, simply indicate, in the field next to the question "Do you want gift wrapping?", the amount of packaging you would like to add.

    Attention: It is subject to availability in our stocks.

    The wishlist is the easiest way to save the pieces you like best. Selecting the items as desired, you will have your favorite products always remembered and saved on our website. To add items to your list, you must be registered on our site. On the product page, you can also choose your size and your favorite color.

  • What is Pay Digital?

    Pague Digital is a method of payment in physical stores where you can buy your products without having to go to the Cashier. Download the APP Lojas Nerdverse in your mobile app store, access the Pay Digital option in the menu and scan the barcode of the products you want to buy. Pay with your Nerdverse Card or My Card and look for a collaborator to present the QRCode receipt to deactivate the product alarms and pick up your bag.
