  • I didn't receive the exchange voucher refund, what now?

    ⚠️Refunds are only made when requested by the Lojas Nerdverse website or APP.

  • What are the types of exchange voucher refunds?

    For orders paid with a credit card or Nerdverse Card, the reversal can occur within a period of up to 2 invoices.

    For orders paid with 2 credit cards, reversals will be made on each card according to the amount spent with your order on each of them and can happen within a period of up to 2 invoices.

    Orders paid by bank slip, the reversal is made by deposit into a bank account with the data provided by you when requesting the refund. The deadline is up to 6 working days.

  • I can't use my voucher. And now?

    If you can't use your voucher, see if something like this happened:

    1.The expiry date of your exchange voucher has passed. If this happened, just talk to us.
    2.It may have been used in a purchase.
    3.There is no exchange voucher to be used.

    You can validate this information through the channels below:

    1.In the APP, access Menu, then My Account and Voucher.
    2.On the website, access your Account and click on Voucher.
    3. In physical stores, you can see this directly at the Cashier.

  • Do I have an exchange voucher?

    It's very easy to know:

    In the APP, access Menu, then My Account and Vale-Exchange;
    On the website, access your Account and click on Vale-Exchange;
    In physical stores, you can go straight to the Cashier to find out;
    You can also check if you have received an email informing you that your exchange voucher has been generated.

  • How do I get a second copy of the exchange voucher?

    The voucher delivered at the store is just proof of completion of issuing the exchange voucher. The exchange voucher is linked to your CPF and can be used both in the APP, website, as well as in physical stores. You will not need this proof in the future. 😉

    To see if you have an exchange voucher balance, see:

    1.In the APP, access Menu, then My Account and Voucher.
    2.On the website, access your Account and click on Voucher.
    3. In physical stores, you can see this directly at the Cashier.

  • Can I use the full or partial value of my exchange voucher?

    You can use the entire value or partial value of your exchange voucher and complement the purchase with other payment methods, if you prefer. 😉

  • Can someone else use my voucher?

    The exchange voucher is linked to your CPF, being only authorized to use it for your purchases. 😉

  • Is my exchange voucher valid?

    The exchange voucher is valid for 6 months. If the deadline has expired, talk to us to revalidate your exchange voucher.

  • Can I use the voucher along with other payment methods?

    You can use your exchange voucher with other forms of payment to complement the payment of your purchase with Pix, Nerdverse Card, My Card, credit card or bank slip.

  • How can I use my exchange voucher in the physical store?

    At the cashier of one of our stores, inform that you will use your exchange voucher. You do not need to provide any proof. Just present a document with photo and CPF.

    You do not need to use the entire value of the voucher. The rest can be used for other purchases.

    If the total amount of your order is greater than the value of the exchange voucher, complete the payment with Pix, Renner Card, Meu Cartão, credit card or gift card.

  • Como usar meu vale-troca no site ou APP?

    1. Log in to the website 💻 or APP📱
    2. Add products to your Shopping Bag 🛍️ and click Checkout
    3. Choose the Location and Delivery Type and click Go to Payment 💳
    4. Now, choose Voucher as payment method. If necessary, also add gift card and credit card all together to pay for your purchase. Ready! 🎉

    Tips:

    No need to enter any coupon number. If you have an exchange voucher, it will appear as a payment option;
    If the total amount of your order is greater than the value of the exchange voucher, you can complete the payment with Nerdverse Card, Meu Cartão, credit card or bank slip.

  • What is the exchange voucher?

    The exchange voucher is one of the forms of reimbursement or credit for exchanging or canceling products in your order. The exchange voucher is linked to your CPF and can be used in the APP, website and in any of our physical stores.

    The available credit will be equal to the amount paid for the product. If you have any doubts about the value, consult your invoice or invoice.
