    To request information about product quality, contact our Customer Service via chat (click here), e-mail (click here) or by telephone: 3004-5030 (capitals and metropolitan regions) and 0800 725 0025 (state from Rio de Janeiro). Opening hours are from Monday to Saturday, from 8 am to 8:30 pm. Except national holidays.

  • How to find product information?

    Part information is available on the product page, in the "Details" field, located just below the photos. It is possible to find more information about the garment, such as, for example, the type of material, fabric and measurements.

    Attention: If you are not sure which size to choose or which one will best fit your body, we have a virtual fitting room to help you. Next to the size options, click on "Virtual Fitting Room". You will need to let us know your measurements so that we can suggest the ideal size.

  • How can I recover my Virtual Store access password?

    Forgot your password? No problem.

    On the website, click on "Enter or Register" in the upper right corner of the home page, and then click on "I forgot my password". Then just enter your CPF and click "Recover password".

    Through the APP, click on "Menu" in the lower right corner, and then click on "Login or register". Then just click on "I forgot my password", enter your CPF and click again on "I forgot my password".

    We will send instructions to recover your password to your registration email.

  • How do I check my Virtual Store registration?

    To consult your registration in the virtual store: Access our homepage; Click on “Enter or Register” in the upper right corner; Insert your identification data and click on “Enter”; Under your name, in the upper left corner of the screen, click on “My Registration”.

  • ¿Mi registro en la tienda virtual es el mismo que en la tienda física?

    Su registro en la Tienda Virtual Nerdverse no está relacionado con el registro en las tiendas físicas. Si es necesario actualizar datos, es necesario acudir a una de nuestras tiendas con documentos de identificación y otras pruebas: Documento de identificación; CPF; Comprobante actualizado de ingresos y residencia (últimos 60 días). Para la acreditación de ingresos en ocupaciones como autónomo o cuenta propia, aceptamos la presentación de Estados de Cuenta Individuales (referidos a un máximo de 60 días), factura de tarjeta de crédito (vigente y pagada), factura de tienda (vigente y pagada), entre otros ingresos. Si desea actualizar sus datos en la tienda virtual de Nerdverse, acceda al menú Mis datos y actualice.
